Do You Offer Website Design Services?

Yes, we offer website design services through My Island Designs, our sister company, owned by Dragon Artworks LLC. If you would like to have a new website designed or your current site redesigned before we begin maintaining it, just give us a call.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with our services or the support you receive, then please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Our goal has always been to provide the best possible value to our clients.

How long will it take to begin managing my website?

All services are provided on a first come, first served basis. We work very hard to begin managing websites in a timely manner, without sacrificing our standards of quality. When you purchase a WordPress website management service, or request a quote you will be provided with an estimate of how long it will take to begin managing your site.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. You may contact us at any time to discuss upgrading your membership subscription. Any amount you have paid for your current membership will be deducted from the cost of your new membership subscription.

Do you offer WordPress support services?

All of our WordPress website management services include support sessions. In addition to the support sessions in your plan, we offer additional WordPress support at any time for a fee. Please contact us for pricing and details.
